基于2014年中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS2014)和2014年中国劳动力动态调查(CLDS2014)两套全国范围内的大规模微观调查数据,本文引入中国法治政府评估指数,分析了法治政府的建设对居民家庭金融资产配置的影响。研究发现,法治政府的建设能够显著提高居民家庭参与风险资产市场的概率。此外,法治政府主要通过完善社会保障制度,进而优化家庭金融资产配置的结构;通过促进社会信任,推进家庭金融资产配置的安全性发展。  相似文献

[目的]新型农业经营主体,是新型农业经营体系的重要组成部分。对新疆主要新型农业经营主体,即农民专业合作社、农业产业化龙头企业和家庭农场发展的现状、空间分异规律进行系统分析,对推动新疆农业经营主体健康发展、制定扶持政策和缩小地区间差异具有重要指导意义。[方法]该研究采用泰勒指数法,以各地区农业人口数作为权数,分别运用各类新型农业经营主体的数量、平均经营收入两项指标从不同角度测度新疆经营主体空间分异现象。[结果](1)地带内部差异仍是构成规模总体差异的主要部分,且地带内部差异占总体差异的比重家庭农场最大(89%),龙头企业次之(70%),农民专业合作社最小(66%)。(2)2006年以来新疆农民专业合作社、龙头企业在南、北、东疆区域间的发展趋于平衡,但各区域内部发展不均衡的问题凸现出来。(3)新疆家庭农场平均经营能力地区间差异大于农民专业合作社的,且两类经营主体经营能力的空间分异明显大于规模的。(4)农业产业化龙头企业的经营能力最强,农民专业合作社居中,家庭农场最弱。各区域同类经营主体经营能力差距也很显著。南、北疆农民专业合作社经营能力较强,而东疆的家庭农场经营能力较强。[结论]目前新疆新型农业经营主体空间分布差异较大,各级政府必须加快推进各区域均衡发展。  相似文献

在中美贸易摩擦的背景下专利购买是家族企业获取外部技术资源的一条经济、合法的途径。 选取沪深两市467 家上市家族公司为研究样本,以2015 年的专利购买数据为研究对象,考察家族 企业专利购买与技术创新之间的关系。研究发现:专利购买对家族企业技术创新具有促进作用, 对家族企业研发投入无抑制作用;家族控制权以及控制权与现金流权分离度负向调节专利购买对 技术创新的促进作用。研究还发现:造成上述结果的原因是专利购买后家族企业研发投入效率提高, 家族企业专利购买金额占研发投入比例较低,对研发投入的挤出效应不明显。因此,充分利用专 利购买获取外部技术资源,是迅速提升我国家族企业技术创新能力的有效措施  相似文献

Idiosyncratic deals (i‐deals), which involve personalised work arrangements negotiated between employees and their managers, offer a promising approach to accommodating the demands of a diverse workforce. In contrast with the traditional social exchange theory perspective, we integrate the theories of person–environment fit and self‐efficacy to examine the effect of flexibility i‐deals on both work‐to‐family conflict and enrichment. We specifically consider two mediating mechanisms: needs–supplies (N‐S) fit and family‐role efficacy. Results from two Chinese samples reveal that supervisor‐rated flexibility i‐deals relate positively with employees' family‐role efficacy and N‐S fit. These, in turn, relate to work‐to‐family conflict negatively and to work‐to‐family enrichment positively. Monte Carlo bootstrapping analyses confirm the indirect effects of N‐S fit and family‐role efficacy. By using an alternative theoretical perspective, we add to our understanding of the mechanisms underlying the i‐deals effect. This study expands existing i‐deals research to an empirically underrepresented area: work–family enrichment. Our findings also confirm the work–family benefits of i‐deals and strengthen managers' confidence regarding the merits of implementing i‐deals in the workplace.  相似文献

This article is based on ethnographic research conducted in the USA with migrants who use an act of relocation as a means of deliberately constructing identity as well as seeking greater ‘balance’ and ‘control’ in their lives. Specifically, it examines how ‘second’ homes can serve as a transitional or ‘potential space’ in the lives of these migrants not only between different geographic places but also what are taken to be distinct identities and ideals associated with these places and the lives lived in them. Such behaviour is not simply about coping and adapting to a new environment; rather, it is about using qualities of destination places to reconcile different visions of self and family purposefully set apart by relocation and a particular notion of ‘the good’ that underlies a ‘lifestyle commitment’ attached to the new place. The author highlights how research into the changing dynamics of work and family can help us understand, generally, effects of an emergent, economic order on working families and, specifically, how associated social and cultural changes shape this migration behaviour. Through analysis of lifestyle migration, this article contributes to discussion of the ways in which cultural values of work and family interrelate in migrancy as well as of challenges and opportunities facing migrants who purposefully attend to leisure activities and places associated with leisure as proper domains for essential identity work and to lifestyle as the means of realising what we may call the ‘potential self’.  相似文献

This study identified the direct and indirect effect of leader–member exchange (LMX) on frontline employees’ service-oriented organizational citizenship behaviors (SOCB) targeting customers and co-workers in the foodservice context. Service-role ambiguity was proposed as a partial mediator in the conceptual model. The moderating effect of work status was also explored in this study. Data were collected from 452 frontline employees, working in 31 different foodservice establishments. All five proposed hypotheses were supported, highlighting the effect of LMX on service role clarity (or ambiguity) and the SOCB. A multiple-group structural equation modeling analysis showed that the effect of LMX on SOCB was higher among part-time employees, compared to full-time employees. One implication of the study findings is that part-time employees should also be treated as a valuable asset to the foodservice organization.  相似文献

[目的]以家庭农场为载体开展农民创业活动极具发展前景和研究价值,文章旨在从农民创业视角探究家庭农场的创办与发展规律。[方法]选取18项评价指标,运用PSR模型构建家庭农场创业环境评价指标体系,运用熵权法和综合指数法测算吉林省家庭农场创业环境综合指数,预测创业环境的发展趋势。[结果]吉林省家庭农场创业环境综合指数走势总体呈现上升趋势,创办家庭农场的环境持续优化;吉林省家庭农场创业过程中,政府部门的响应举措具有明显的效果,但社会经济压力作用不显著;政府部门优化家庭农场创业环境的政策效应存在一定时滞性,并且是一个不断积累和延续的过程;农民创业环境改善和优化到一定程度会出现"平台期",须不断进行政策创新和管理创新以进一步优化区域农民创业环境;基于综合指数的走势,未来吉林省家庭农场创业环境将持续改善。[结论]提高土地流转效率、增加农业固定资产投资、改善家庭农场融资环境、加快工业化与城镇化进程以及构建农业社会化服务体系是进一步优化家庭农场创业环境的主要路径和着力点。  相似文献

Environmental behaviour plays an important role as concerns the public image and performance of firms, as well as for the achievement of sustainable development in society. This study investigates the behaviour of family firms regarding environment‐related activities, innovation and performance. Opposing goals are found to impact environmental behaviour of family firms, in particular the trade‐off between family firms' risk awareness and their aim of achieving socioeconomic wealth. We find that family firms initially lag regarding environment‐related activities, beneficial product, process and organizational innovations and performance. Yet, family firms catch up and show overall less volatility compared with other firms. Overall, we thus observe a convergence process between family and non‐family firms, which ultimately enables the two types of firm to achieve similar outcomes in terms of environment‐related activities, beneficial innovations and performance.
